I had some leftover pork ribs which I combined with carrots, broccoli, celery and frozen peas, about 2cups of cooked rice, ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce.
Cook the pork and veggies in butter until soft, remove from pan. Scramble 1-2 eggs in the pan and add the soy sauce, garlic powder and the pork mixture. On a medium heat, cook for another 10 minutes, turning the mixture frequently.
