Broadway to Remain Dark

Perhaps Reopens in January

By: - Jun 29, 2020

We hope you’re doing well and getting to enjoy the summer as much as possible.

Today, the Broadway League announced further suspension of performances—all the way through Sunday, January 3, 2021. Most Off-Broadway shows are following that guidance as well.

Also, if you hadn’t heard the news, The Music Man starring Hugh Jackman has shifted its run to start on April 7, 2021. We’re currently assisting existing ticket holders, but if you’re interested in buying tickets, the show will be back on sale very soon.

Everyone in New York City and across the country wants live Broadway theatre to come back as fast as possible, but there are still many hurdles to get over before that can happen. But make no mistake, Broadway will be back.

If you have tickets for one of these newly suspended performances and bought them at Telecharge or an affiliated box office, you’ll be getting a separate email with information on refunds and exchanges. We’re still working with a very limited staff, so please wait for that email before contacting us.
